Good to know before booking
- Driver aged 21 or over, with a valid licence held for at least one year.
- Rental paid in advance, with no security deposit.
- Insurance included under the applicable policy.
- Any extension must be requested 48 hours in advance.

Booking: your questions
Is my booking confirmed as soon as I send the message?
Not yet: your message opens the request. The team checks that the car is free on your dates, then replies on WhatsApp with the final price and handover point to confirm.
Do I have to pay a deposit to book?
No. There is no security deposit, neither when you book nor when you get the keys. You pay for the rental itself, in advance, at the agreed price.
Where can I collect and return the car?
At Al Massira airport, in Agadir, Taghazout or Tamraght, free of charge, and you can return it somewhere other than where you started. We also deliver and collect the car in Marrakech (650 MAD per trip, all included) and Casablanca (1,130 MAD per trip): message us on WhatsApp.
What should I have ready for the handover?
The driving licence of each named driver: valid, held for at least a year, with a minimum age of 21. When confirming, the team tells you which other documents to bring.
Can I change my dates or extend the rental?
Yes, with the agency’s agreement. Any change to the agreement is made in writing, and an extension must be requested at least 48 hours before the planned return date.
