The essentials for your rental. Vehicle-specific details are set out in the agreement provided by our team.
01Drivers
Minimum age: 21. A valid licence held for at least one year. Only drivers named in the agreement may drive.
02Vehicle condition
Condition, equipment and accessories are checked together at collection and return.
03Payment and deposit
Rental is payable in advance, with no security deposit. The final price is confirmed before signing.
04Return and extensions
Keep to the agreed place and date. Request extensions 48 hours ahead; agency acceptance is required.
05Fuel and care
The renter pays for fuel used and damage resulting from negligence.
06Use
Responsible driving only: no racing, illegal activity or driving under the influence. The vehicle cannot be transferred.
07Insurance
Insurance is included under the applicable policy. Cover, exclusions and excess are stated in the agreement. No deposit does not remove responsibility.
08Accident or theft
Secure the scene and immediately contact the team and relevant authorities. Provide the information needed to report the incident.
09Offences and agreement
The renter is responsible for offences during the rental. Changes require written agreement.
The signed rental agreement and insurance documents supplied at collection set out the applicable commitments.
