What we collect when you request a rental or visit the site, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.
01Who is responsible
Hilal Luxury Cars, a car rental agency in Agadir (Morocco), ICE 003552620000038 · RC 60357 · IF 66048608. Contact: Hilalluxurycars33@gmail.com, +212 661 847 072. This policy covers hilalluxurycars.com and the requests sent from it.
02What we collect
When you request a rental: name, phone number, the car you want, dates, pick-up and return places, flight number, message. When a contract is signed: ID document, driving licence and address. When you visit: pages viewed, language, device type, approximate country and where you came from (search engine, ad), with no name or number.
03Why
To answer your request and prepare your rental; to issue the contract and the invoice; to measure the site’s audience and the results of our ads (Google, Meta); to improve the pages. We never sell your data.
04WhatsApp and phone
WhatsApp conversations and calls are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) and your operator under their own rules. We only count clicks on those buttons, never the content of your messages.
05Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel to count visits and measure our campaigns. A banner lets you accept or refuse; in Europe nothing is set before you agree. The “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page lets you change your mind at any time. Our own visit counter sets no cookie and identifies nobody.
06Who receives the data
Our team, our hosting provider, and Google or Meta for analytics and advertising, within what you accepted. Contract data is only passed to authorities when the law requires it.
07How long we keep it
Requests that did not lead to a rental: 12 months. Contracts and invoices: the period required by Moroccan accounting and tax law. Audience data: 14 months at most, then anonymous statistics.
08Your rights
Under Moroccan law 09-08 and, for residents of the European Union, the GDPR, you can ask for access to your data, correct it, have it deleted, or object to its use for measurement or advertising.
